The hotel was spotlessly clean with good services. We had a family room and it included central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and television. The vegetarian breakfast was enjoyable and had brilliant food. The place was pleasant, we will come back.

The hotel offers an amazing full English breakfast with plenty of options like cereal, fruit, and yogurt. The owners, Billy and Maxine, genuinely care about guests. My room was spotlessly clean and had a comfy bed, but the heating could have been better-it felt a bit chilly at times. Parking was convenient. I received a permit that saved me from street parking issues. The room size was on the smaller side, and the bar area felt a bit cramped during busy hours. A great stay with some minor improvements needed.

The hotel was clean overall and the breakfast was good with a great variety. The shower experience was fantastic and refreshing, my partner and I loved it. The location is very convenient, right next to the amusement park and a tram stop across the street , made it easy to explore further.
The air was a bit humid in the room, slightly uncomfortable at times.

I had such a lovely stay. The breakfast was presented beautifully with so much attention to detail, and I can't rave enough about how close everything is, with the Sandcastle Waterpark just a few steps away and the iconic Blackpool Pleasure Beach less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
